AI-based assessment

The first three bring together feelings that are useful but subjective by definition. The AI-based assessment is different: it measures real skills through simulated work scenarios, with standardised criteria, independently of human opinion. It is the source that makes the whole process objective and makes it possible to compare people, teams and roles on a shared scale.

It does not replace other sources; it makes them more reliable because it provides an unbiased anchor to calibrate all the rest.
