AI-Assessment

Assess real skills, not feelings.

Talentware’s AI Assessment module is the first skill-based assessment in Italy designed for unbiased, comparative measurement of both soft and hard skills.

Unlike traditional assessments, it does not ask people how qualified they feel; it shows them realistic work scenarios, built to assess their technical, managerial and behavioural skills with standardised criteria. This is a different approach to personality and behavioural tests, which usually have psychometric traits (e.g. MBTI, Hogan, Disk, PerformanSe, Hay, Big5, etc).

The result is a more reliable measurement of effective skills that can be used to take more conscious, data-driven HR decisions.

HRIS Manager

You are an HRIS Manager at a manufacturing company with 800 employees spread across four locations in Italy. You manage the HR system for a diverse workforce: blue-collar workers, white-collar workers, and middle management with completely different career paths. Your goal is to standardize skills assessment processes and make them comparable across locations, without relying on employee self-perceptions or managers' discretionary judgment. You must provide management with reliable data to inform decisions about promotions, training plans, and succession planning.

What does AI Assessment measure?

The module can assess skills in three main areas:

Every skill is analysed through structured scenarios that simulate real operating situations.

Hard skill

1

role-specific technical and specialist skills

Management skills

2

eadership, decision making, and team management

Soft skill

3

behavioural skills such as communication, collaboration and problem solving

Clear, comparable proficiency levels

For every assessed skill, AI Assessment returns a measurable level of proficiency.

This level can be immediately compared with:

the level required for a role
the organisation’s internal benchmark
requirements for future roles or growth pathways

In this way our customers can understand exactly where skills are at today, and where they need to be developed.

From assessment to action

The results of AI Assessment feed directly into the main talent management processes:

Skill assessments thus become a solid tool for guiding growth, development and business continuity.
